I can see it now!<br />I lost about 4 pant sizes (I went fom 358 to 307)over the last two years by making adjustments (It probably would be more if I actually was able to spend more time active and away from the desk, but so far that isnt happening too much.) <br />I am using transformation.com -- free and actually pretty decent.
