Return of the Blog!

Howdy peeps!

This is just the notice to let you know I plan on resuming blogging and my fitness quest. I will be 39 in five days which means I have a smidge over 52 weeks to get fit before I turn the big 4-0. I have to put myself to the test... get it gear... and all the other JUST DO IT-type mottoes!

Having been in exam prep freak-out mode for the past forever and then PASSING MY DOCTORAL EXAMS (WOO HOO!) it is time to get back on the wagon. We have been living on food that is delivered or collected through a drive-thru... I miss veggies and cooking. I only gained 5lbs during this time, which isn't great, but it wasn't 15, so I am ok with that.


I need to resume the following (in no particular order):
  1. Meal/menu planning.
  2. Exercising
  3. Tracking my food
  4. drinking water!!
  5. BLOGGING - it really helped
  6. take my vitamins!

  1. Congratulations on passing your doctoral exams!!! I gave up Facebook for Lent, so I haven't seen the updates! YAY!!! I'm so excited for you!
