This is me documenting my daily quest to be fit in my 40s. There will be (hopefully) a daily post about what I am up to, what I hope to accomplish, and random musings.
my number is moving in the wrong damn direction... 8lb gain = no bueno. I seriously slacked off, ate crap, stopped exercising. Me no likie. Back to logging food, exercising, and making better choices.
:( That's just crap :( I know how you feel, I need a kick up the backside also. I am in love with the idea of eating healthily - you know, seeds, nuts yogurt etc...And I keep reading about running, how great people feel when running, and I want a great body - which I believe will come from running...but I just can't motivate myself at all!! I'm so angry at myself for being lazy!!
