This is me documenting my daily quest to be fit in my 40s. There will be (hopefully) a daily post about what I am up to, what I hope to accomplish, and random musings.
That is scary! I definitely carry my weight in the middle and my family has a history of breast cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity so genetically I'm all screwed up. Moral of the story, I need to change what I can to live the best and longest life I can.
